Open House Promise Atlanta Home For Sale

In the neighborhood I live in off Atlanta Road in Smyrna I see well
known agents with listings that do not have an open house. I think
they believe that a sign or just the agents name in the yard is all they
need.

Not a single Open House in the six months they have it listed for.
Why not? Too busy maybe or too lazy? I do not understand.
They have you under contract so why should they? The listing
agent is protected so let someone else find your house? Bad idea
I think.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers we
think differently. I know I do. I host an open house on every Super Sunday every month. I also host a house
at least one or two additional times a month. Super Sunday is advertised in the News paper and the internet.

Foot traffic is what we want. Buyers tell other buyers.

Exposure, Exposure, Exposure.            

This allows the potential buyers looking for homes that are for sale in the area they want to buy in to come on in! Buyers are everywhere driving around looking on weekends in areas they want to buy in. My wife and I looked in this neighborhood for months.

Out of curiosity we came to the neighborhood we finally bought in just to check out what was available. An open house was a treat for us.

I promise to you the home seller I will always have an open house at your home hosted by myself or another Qualified enthusiastic Better Homes and Gardens Agent every month.
